A Grade - No pin is perfect but these are the best quality of the batch! May have 1-2 minor flaws.
B Grade - Slightly more visible flaws than A Grades (i.e more scratches, more noticable over/under filled enamel, etc)
C Grade - Noticable scratches and defects
Seconds - Missing clutches, large and visible flaws on the surface
Note: The back of the pin is not considered in the grading. The back may have discoloration on the metal (even A Grades!). The color of the photo may be slightly different from the actual product.

Order Processing time: Please give a 14 day processing time. Orders may be shipped out sooner if I have availability.

Shipping Services: For Domestic packages USPS First Class is $5 with tracking by default. For International packages USPS First Class International is $15 with tracking by default.

Lost Mail: Due to the pandemic, please allow extra time for packages to arrive due to USPS delays. If your package has been stuck please contact us - although we are not responsible for lost packages, we will do our best to see if there's anything that can be done. If a package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, unfortunately we can not offer a refund in this scenario. USPS packages often prematurely say they're delivered and can take up to 4-5 days to show up after being marked as delivered. We also recommend checking with neighbors, or talking to your local post office - the local post office is often able to do a GPS look-up on deliveries.
